We aren't usually fisherfolk, but the lure of the Tuckaleechee Trout Farm was too much to resist.  You catch them from their spring-fed ponds and they cook them right up for you.  Food that was alive 20 minutes earlier really tastes great.  And you know that the food is great when you have to head way out into the sticks to get it and THEN have to wait for a table!
