This was our day in Cherokee, NC.  If you've never been I'd really recommend it and if you have, then go again because it changes all the time.  Trevor and Melinda are in the croplands of the Oconoluftee Indian Village - a Williamsburg-type place which shows how the Cherokee people lived at different stages in their history.  I'm at the bottom of the hill in the Museum of the Cherokee Indian which has been completely redone since our last visit in '93 and is really outstanding.  They even have one of only two known Paleolithic canoes there.
