This was our day in Cherokee,
NC. If you've never been I'd really recommend it and if you have,
then go again because it changes all the time. Trevor and Melinda
are in the croplands of the Oconoluftee Indian Village - a Williamsburg-type
place which shows how the Cherokee people lived at different stages in
their history. I'm at the bottom of the hill in the Museum of the
Cherokee Indian which has been completely redone since our last visit in
'93 and is really outstanding. They even have one of only two known
Paleolithic canoes there.
